Student Exchange Life in Korea

Hi, everyone. It's me, Jessica. ヽ( ^∀^)ノ
It's been almost a year that I did not update my blog. I was kind of busy with my exchange life in Korea and now I'm back to Malaysia!!!

After I've got back from Korea, I'm really eager to show you my exchange life  and all the wonderful moments in Korea.

It was winter at the beginning of the exchange life. My friend, Wei Ting, and I were so excited once we landed at the Incheon airport as it was the first time we came to Korea and we had to spend 4 months in Korea!!! ( LIKE A DREAM COMES TRUE)  ✧*。٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✧*。

               "Yeah~ We are here."

The university we went was Ajou University, Suwon, Korea. The University is famous for engineering course and football, so the university has more male students than female.

Each of the exchange students was assisted by a Korean buddy. The Korean buddy would help with our problems and curiosities.

I think it was a great and helpful idea as it helps the miserably NEWBIES to adapt the new environment quickly. I met mine at the bus station that we supposed to take a taxi to the university.

Also, there were AGA members waiting for us at the airport to help exchange students getting the right transportation. ( So sweet of them!)

On the way to Ajou University
I was actually exhausted  ̄﹃ ̄ due to the long way of flight + the long waiting time

These are the pictures of my dormitory - Hwa Hong Dormitory. It was so neat and comfortable. I love my dormitory!!

The building behind was SeongHo hall.

We wandered around the campus area after we settled down the luggage. Beautiful winter scenery with all the bold trees.

We attended orientation for exchange program the next day. The staffs and AGA members kindly explained the events going on during the semester.

OIA (Office of International Office) held a welcoming party for us. It was my first time going to the club, well, it didn't seem like a club, maybe there were too many people there.

Second round at Pichi Parking, place where students usually held events like birthday or gathering

We also went to Seoul for visiting before the semester started. I was in Group U so our group visited  the National Palace Museum of Korea, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insadong.
